Queen Mary 1940's inspired photo shoot

I have always wanted to do a photo session at the Queen Mary, so when Marly and Aaron asked if we could do their shoot there, I jumped at the chance! It was a perfect day for this darling couple to have a vintage theme photo shoot!

Such a darling and fun couple! They were so good to climb in rustling bushes that sounded like scary things were living in! Thanks Bree and Kevin for the fun little session! That was a blast!

Krystal and Derek

A month or so ago my friend Tegyn and I hosted a "Summer Lovin'" photography contest. The winner won a free photo session with Tegyn and I. Last week was the shoot and we had the best time with our darling couple Derek and Krystal. They were so fun to work with and had such a fun vintage look. In fact today my daughter said "Hey, she looks like Ruby from the Ruby's restaurant!"

It was so fun to spend some time with these two cute newlyweds. They are such a hoot and it was fun to just be silly with them. Michael is my brother Scott's Best friend and Allie is a really good friend of my sisters. So I have come to know them real well and just adore their cuteness! Thanks guys for the super fun photo shoot!

Just to mix it up a bit I said "o.k., now High five!" and they didn't think twice about it!

How cute are these two!!! It was so fun to photograph their wedding last week at the Los Angeles Temple.

It melted my heart to see how awesome Brian is with little Layla....

A huge thanks to my super awesome friend/second shooter Tegyn who coincidentally showed up wearing the same mustard sweater and purple ruffled shoes as I was. I can't even tell you how many people came up to us and said "how cute matching photographers"... or something a long those lines. We got such a laugh out of it! Thanks again Tegyn!
